West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival Releases 2026 Entertainment Schedule for Labor Day Weekend Celebration
CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — One of North Central West Virginia’s most anticipated annual traditions is beginning to take shape as organizers with the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival have officially released the entertainment lineup for the 2026 festival.
Set for September 4 through 6 in downtown Clarksburg, the 47th annual celebration will once again bring three days of music, performances, food, traditions, and community events to the city during Labor Day Weekend.
Festival organizers unveiled the newly announced main stage schedule this week, featuring a blend of local performers, returning favorites, cultural showcases, and special guests throughout the weekend.
Friday’s schedule includes the Coronation Ceremony of Regina Maria XLVII, performances by the Bridgeport High School Jazz Ensemble, festival dancers, and evening entertainment featuring Luke Colombo and Olivia Spino, both recognized as American Idol Golden Ticket holders, before the evening concludes with a performance by Amici.
Saturday’s entertainment continues with the Robert C. Byrd High School Show Choir, additional performances from Colombo and Spino, appearances by festival royalty, and live music carrying into the evening.
Sunday’s lineup blends tradition and entertainment with an Outdoor Mass, dance performances, the annual Meatball Eating Contest, and a featured afternoon performance by Kathy Mattea before the weekend wraps up.
For decades, the festival has remained one of the region’s signature events, drawing visitors from across West Virginia and beyond to celebrate Italian American culture through music, food, family traditions, and community gathering in downtown Clarksburg.
Organizers say additional announcements and festival information are expected in the months ahead and noted the entertainment schedule remains subject to change.
