United Way Closes Annual Campaign With $100,000 Antero Foundation Contribution

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — The United Way of Harrison and Doddridge Counties concluded its 2026 Annual Campaign with a $100,000 contribution from the Antero Foundation, bringing the campaign’s final fundraising total to $737,700.

United Way announced the contribution while thanking the businesses, employees, volunteers and individual donors who supported the campaign throughout the year.

The campaign included workplace giving, corporate sponsorships, individual donations and several community fundraising events, including the Hot Wing Eating Contest, Birdie Bash Golf Marathon, CKB Plane Pull and Drool at the Pool.

Funds raised through the annual campaign will support United Way partner agencies serving residents across Harrison and Doddridge counties.

Those organizations provide services including food assistance, youth programs, emergency support, health initiatives and other resources for local individuals and families.

The Antero Foundation supports nonprofit organizations in communities where Antero Resources operates and where its employees live and work.

United Way credited the campaign’s success to the combined support of organizations and residents throughout the two counties and thanked the Antero Foundation and everyone who contributed during the year.
