Clarksburg Farmers Market Continues Summer Season with Local Vendors and Family Activities

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — The Clarksburg Farmers Market is continuing its summer season, offering residents a weekly opportunity to shop local, enjoy live entertainment and connect with community members from across the region.

Held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Tractor Supply parking lot on Emily Drive, the market features a variety of local vendors offering fresh produce, baked goods, handmade products and specialty items.

In addition to shopping, visitors can enjoy food trucks, live music and family-friendly activities that have helped make the market a popular weekend destination in Clarksburg.

This week's market will feature live music from Jeremiah Justin Yates, food from Pixie Sweets & Eats and a free children's activity hosted by Swisher Valley Farms. Young visitors will have the opportunity to create their own colorful sensory bottle to take home.

Since opening for the season in May, the market has continued to provide a gathering place for residents to support local farmers, artisans and small businesses while enjoying a Saturday morning with family and friends.

Organizers encourage residents who have not yet visited the market this season to stop by and experience everything it has to offer.

More than just a place to shop, the Clarksburg Farmers Market has become a community gathering space where local businesses and residents come together each week in support of the region's growing local economy.
