Sam's Club To Present Vendors Helping Bring Miracles on July 20

By Renee Courtney | July 08, 2013

On the behalf of The Children's Miracle Network, Sam's Club of Clarksburg will present Vendors helping bring Miracles, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 20.

If you have a home-based business or handmake crafts and you would like to help bring a miracle to a child, this event is for you.

Vendors will be supplied a 12' x 12' space for the cost of $20. Those participating in the event will need to supply their own table and canopy, as well as a donation for a silent auction.

All proceeds from the day's event will be donated to The Children's Miracle Network.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® raises funds for 170 children’s hospitals across North America, which, in turn, use the money where it’s needed the most. When a donation is given, it stays in the community, ensuring that every dollar is helping local kids. Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has raised more than $4 billion, most of it $1 at a time. These donations have gone to support research and training, purchase equipment, and pay for uncompensated care, all in support of our mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

Walmart and Sam's Club funds impact each of the 170 Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, which treat 1 in 10 children across North America. Hospitals use the funds however they need them the most — typically for purchasing life-saving equipment, supporting top therapy programs and providing charitable care. In 2012 alone, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals members reported providing $6,500 every minute in charitable, uncompensated care to patients.

Walmart and Sam’s Club have raised more than $690 million since partnering with the charity in 1987. The stores’ campaign was recently ranked number one in in-store, U.S. fundraising by the Cause Marketing Forum.

Some of the vendors on July 20, will include but are not limited to, Sam’s Club, Scentsy, Avon, Velata, Cookie Lee Jewelry, Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, Ace, Diva Girl, Jamberry Nails, It Works, Gold Canyon Candles, Freedom Marketplace, Brenda’s Boutique, Beadazzled, Aspire Uniqueness, Animal Flower Planters, Front Porch Craftin, Knotty Beads, Longenberger, Mystical Crystals & Gifts, Pampered Chef, Paparazzi, Pink Zebra, Signature Homestyles, Simply Said Vinyl Designs, Rodam & Fields Dermatology, Primitive Décor, Stained Glass, Stampin Up, 31 Gifts, Treasure Wood, Tupperware, Woodworking and handmade crafts, Mialisia Jewelry, Origami Owl, Miche, WV Massage Therapy, other Handmade Crafts and Items.  Catricia Martin will be providing Picture Settings.
